"Everyone has the responsibility of leadership in some relationships." Each one of us have people in our lives that are looking to us for direction. As bearers of Christ, let us take this responsibility with great privilege and prayer. It is such a temptation for me to give a list of do's and don'ts but Piper reminds us that "if we would be the kind of leaders we ought to be, we must make it our aim to develop persons rather than dictate plans".

Spiritual leadership is "not so much at directing people as it is at changing people".
